Peter Should be applauded for bringing much needed attention and publicity to the cause of this vessel which lets not forget is an important part of British history.

If this vessel is allowed to be destroyed a part of history and yet more British/Australian Heritage will be destroyed with it.

Sadly, if Mr. Maddison lacked support to supply him with water it seems unlikely that he will be able to attract the millions of pounds necessary to save the City of Adelaide.

It seems the "City of Adelaide" and Mr. Peter Maddison have both run out of water. There comes a time when ships and people are out of living space. Instead of desperately clinging on it is best to 'cross the bar' with dignity and honour. So lets wish her a good final voyage and give the "City of Adelaide" a viking funeral.

Good Watch.
